I received the following email from Jerry Paulson and am sorry to inform you that Bob Christensen passed away.
“Another classmate has passed. Bob (Chris) Christensen died last evening, 15 Jan 2015 in San Francisco, CA. He developed bladder cancer about a year ago and went thru chemotherapy but kept having recurrence and had a number of surgeries. Another classmate, David Black lived a few blocks from Chris and was a great help this past year helping him with appointments, etc. Chris and I go back to 2nd grade at Dudgeon so our friendship has been long. His mother passed away this spring at age 103 at Oakwood West. He is survived by a younger brother, Donald.”
I am also sorry to inform you that Don Manson died. Carolyn emailed me that “Don died Friday, January 16. A highlight of the past few years was the 50th reunion.” He enjoyed seeing his classmates again. It was fun! I have printed his obituary below and you can also click on the following is a link to read it online and view a photo of Don.
I also received an interesting and amazing email from Jean Verthein.
