West High Homecoming includes dedication ceremony

West High School celebrates its 80th Homecoming today with a dedication of the school’s $390,000 new entrance lined with inscribed bricks that were purchased by students, alumni and neighbors.
The event begins at 12:30 p.m. with the West Homecoming Parade, which starts at the rear of Randall School and continues to the Ash Street side of West High. The entrance dedication is at 1:30 p.m., followed by a pep rally in the gym at 2 p.m. and a 7:30 p.m. football game pitting West vs. Verona at Mansfield Stadium
